Not quite right? You have 14 days to send it back.

Our policy

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached.

How to return

  1. Step 1: Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@sub.global with your order number and the item you're returning.
  2. Step 2: We'll email you a prepaid PostNL return label. Drop the parcel at any PostNL point.
  3. Step 3: Once we've received and checked your item, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges are free within the Netherlands: we send the new size and cover the return of the original.

What we can't accept

  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered
  • Items without their original tags
  • Items marked final sale
