Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on sub.global with [Registered company name] ([Company registration number]), Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria. By placing an order you agree to them.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch (or that your order is ready to collect). Until then we may decline it — for example if an item sold out or we couldn't verify payment — and refund you in full.

Delivery times are estimates. We'll tell you if there's a delay. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave, or collected in store. See the Shipping page for current rates and times.

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us in writing (email or WhatsApp) within those 14 days and return the item within 14 days of telling us. We refund the full price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. You're responsible for any loss in value from handling beyond what's needed to check the item.

If an item is faulty or not as described, you have the rights given by Dutch consumer law: repair, replacement or a refund. Contact us and we'll arrange it.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes may be brought before the Dutch courts, and you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
